I when to get the port cleaned and made an appointment which I was informed would be at the about 2 hour mark. So I went to do some shopping, an hour later I was told to go to the bar but was unable to so I requested it to be pushed back by 1/2 hr.

Sara the store manager wasn’t helpful and seemed very incompetent at her job. I had to go to another store were I’ve been able to sort out everything within minutes.
