A week later, another Wickes employee decided that I cannot return the PVC panels after all. He claims that I may have stored the panels incorrectly because I put them outside. Surely they can be put outside!

I just called the store cancelling the order. I'm told that there isn't anyone in who can cancel it! So I'm now reliant on the delivery manager being told and cancelling. I'm fully expecting that they will arrive tomorrow. (Sigh).
